Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Go for a swim, kayak, paddle board ride or even quahog in the Salt Pond which is just a few steps away from your front door. Grab dinner directly across the street at Captain Jacks & the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Or setup your lawn games, relax with friends and family & fire up the BBQ. Family friendly vacation!

Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Come relax at this cute and cozy cottage overhanging a large and beautiful lake! Whether it's a family trip, a couple's getaway, or a best friends reunion, this place has something for everyone. From relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view, to kayaking and canoeing, or swimming in the summer, there is much fun and peaceful relaxation to do at the cottage. Also, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mystic, wineries, orchards, the shoreline, restaurants, and 5 minutes to Foxwoods casino.

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Enjoy all South County has to offer in this charming, quaint cottage within walking distance to Scarborough State beach and short drive to other area beaches, restaurants and Narragansett Pier shopping. This 2 bed, 1 bath can sleep 5. Enjoy outdoor space including outdoor shower, private deck and yard. A short walk to Cumberland Farms for your morning coffee or bring your favorite K-cup to make it at home. All you need is your beach towel!
