This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. You have the option to take the bike path to many beaches and Narragansett Pier or walk two blocks to Main Street Wakefield for a morning coffee at Caf Bar, Phils or South Country Bread Company and post beach ice cream at Brickley's.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
