Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Welcome to our ideally located and well optimized 4 bedroom home, walking distance from miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and a quick drive to the lake and Heavenly Village. Hot tub, air conditioning, 10 beds, 2 living areas, pool and foosball tables, 5 smart TVs, YouTube TV subscription, fireplace, equipped kitchen, large dining table, high speed internet, and plenty of space for the entire group. We're allowed to host 8, plus extra children under 6 years old, and we have beds for 14.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom.
