Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Tamar Rest

This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local wine on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A lovely continental breakfast with homemade bakery items will set you up for a day of sight seeing.

My studio is professionally cleaned and the linen is commercially laundered. Very private with your own entrance, tranquil sunny garden with outdoor sitting area, Smart Tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine ... everything you need. Bread, milk and condiments provided for your breakfast.
