A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Opposite Greystones nature reserve - this is fabulous for walkers or a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. There is also a travel cot and high chair for those with a baby. The property is a 3 minute walk to the river, surrounded by wonderful shops, restaurants, tea rooms and attractions. It truly is a tranquil English village.A great base for exploring the Cotswolds, and to return to and relax!
