Walk, jog, watch a launch, or pray and meditate next to the surf! Take in a Sunrise. (The glow of Sunsets can be absolutely gorgeous too!) You can fish or ride the surf. Turtle Watch (Mar 1-Oct 31). Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. Melbourne Airport is a 20-min. drive; Orlando is 1 hour.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
