3 bedroom family home close to the Pleasure Beach

This is a modern 3 bedroom family home conveniently located near Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Free parking is available on the street and the train station is less than a five minute walk away. Inside this light and airy house there is a comfy lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen and toilet / shower room on the ground floor. The stairs lead to two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and a double bedroom with en suite on the top floor. This is an ideal base while you explore!

There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx
