Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
