This is a one bedroom apartment within the home. NOT FOR PARTY No Smoking , ABSOLUTELY No events, parties, or large gatherings. The apartment has a separate entrance from the home main entrance. The apartment also comes with comcast high speed internet. The living room couch can be turned into a double bed, that sleeps two. Large ,shower towels and shampoo included. The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare .

Bright, Modern Apartment in a Vintage Greystone

Enjoy morning coffee by the sunny bay window in this vintage apartment with classic modern style. The apartment features vintage charm with modern amenities, queen memory foam bed in bedroom and queen sofa bed in living room. Parking is available in the back lot for an additional $25 per night. For reservations over three weeks, we require a cleaning every 2 weeks at a cost of $60 per cleaning. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three story building and you will need to climb stairs.

This house is located in historic Logan Square. The space is a newly renovated basement unit of an owner-occupied two-flat. It's right next to Palmer Square which is a two acre park with a jogging path, kids area, and benches. It's a perfect place to have a picnic or meet with friends. The neighborhood is very walking-friendly and there's tons of great shops and restaurants in the area. The unit has an open floor-plan with a comfy memory foam bed, futon, a full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Charming Unique 2 Bdrm Apartment in Victorian Home

My place is close to the excitement and culture of the beautiful city of Chicago. It is a short walk to Metra trains with a 25 minute ride downtown. You’ll love my place because of the diverse, comfortable, quiet, tree lined neighborhood where you can relax and feel secure. It is close to expressways, golf courses and a local park with walking path. The apartment is not available to guests without previous positive reviews.
