Perfect for a family or for a couple just looking for an escape. Not only does San Augustine claim to be the oldest town in Texas, with the Mission Dolores Spanish mission built in 1721, the Historic Lewis Hotel and the Historic Jail, we sit right between the two most beautiful reservoirs, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.

Thoughtful touches like coffee pods, shampoo, a diffuser, welcome snacks, and noise machines help you settle in and feel cared for. Whether you're traveling with kids or just craving quiet, this home is ready for you.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Bring the whole family for a fire or outdoor games that are provided or just do some porch sitting on a quiet afternoon. We offer a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ pit outside. Around the corner is Kites Landing to launch your boat or Big Bass and Buckeye are just north of the house. South Toledo Bend State Park is only 20 minutes from the house.
