Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Farm View Cottage

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Forest Edge Cabin - tranquil bush retreat

Preston Valley Country Cabin

The Newly opened Luxury Cabin is a true country retreat located on over 100acrs in the Preston Valley. Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this beautifully designed and furnished fully self-contained Farm stay getaway promises peacefulness with every modern convenience. Located only 2 hours from Perth, 30mins from Bunbury and 10mins from Donnybrook our Farm which is set high on the hill overlooking the valley below has an array of activities to choose from to suit all ages.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Caringal in the Valley Farm Stay

It’s Autumn.. the absolute best time of the year . Enjoy the crisp fresh mornings and warm balmy days. Perfect weather to explore this lovely part of the world. We’ve done a Reno on the gazebo on the lake so you’ll be able sit down and enjoy a wine overlooking the water. You can take a dip in the lake , paddle the kayak or try your luck to catch a red fin. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.

The Bushmans - A Romantic Forest Retreat

Nestled on the edge of a towering karri forest, The Bushmans is a charming miller’s cottage made for slow days together. Wake to birdsong and sunlight streaming through the trees, then wander hand in hand down the path to the lake for a refreshing morning swim. Spend your afternoons lazing on the verandah with a book or exploring forest trails before the softness of evening settles in. Escape to the woods to rest, reconnect and unwind.
