Ihr habt einen traumhaften Blick auf den Binnensee bzw. einen Teilblick auf die Ostsee und das Naturschutzgebiet Graswarder. Located just 250 meters from the beach, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the beautiful views of the Öresund strait. The apartment is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends. The nearby bus stop provides easy access to the city center, where you can explore Malmö's many attractions.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Beim Betreten der Wohnung erwartet Euch ein Flur, von welchem das Bad sowie das Wohnzimmer mit offener Wohnküche und Esstisch abgehen. Die Dinge und Dienstleistungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)

Huset indeholder lige hvad I behøver til en hyggelig og afslappende ferie. Alt er klar, senge redt med nyvasket, nystrøget sengetøj, rene håndklæder. Forskellige spil og bøger findes til låns i stuen og under sofaens chaiselong, som løftes i “madrassens” ende. Huset har et tilhørende anneks, med soveværelse nr. 2.

Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
