The location is truly special—just a short walk to boutique shops, local cafés, excellent restaurants, and a craft brewery. Whether you're here for the beach, biking the scenic Saugeen Rail Trail, or exploring the charm of small-town life, this is the perfect spot to experience it all. The open concept upper level is designed for gathering, entertaining, or simply unwinding in comfort. Main floor, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms (primary bedroom with ensuite), a full bathroom with bathtub.

Location, Location, Location. Once you have arrived you can park your car for the duration of your getaway. You can walk to the sandy beaches, stroll uptown to your favourite restaurant, shop in the many specialty stores located on "High Street" or wander down to the Saugeen River and catch the fishing boats arriving after a "day's catch". Breathtaking sunsets views are less than a block away and you will hear the waves from your Guesthouse patio while relaxing or BBQing the next meal.

Great for Fall hiking (Bruce Peninsula) and Winter snow shoeing and ice skating (McGregor provincial park) Go to an OHL game (Owen Sound), golf or yoga class. Introducing Surfhütte, our sweet house nestled beside the sands and dune grasses of Chantry Beach in Southampton, Ontario. Tucked in between a collection of vintage cottages and cedar trees, Surfhütte is a little slice of paradise on the shores of Lake Huron. We have a private dedicated easement right on to the beach and are steps from the tennis club, great coffee shops, bakery, beach playgrounds and everything else Southampton and the Bruce Peninsula has to offer!

Bunkie in the Country

Now CLOSED until spring The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. For allergenic reasons and safety of animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Country charm meets urban chic in this stylish three-room suite in 100-year-old house. One block from the beach, one block from downtown shopping, restaurants and pubs. 1) Extra large bedroom, with closet, bureau, king bed; 2) Luxurious, four-piece, ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk-in shower; 3) Sitting room with Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, cable; couch, chair, coffee-maker and small fridge. No kitchen.

Dushi Beach House, Prime Southampton Location

Southampton Beach House is ideally located to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Blocks to the beach, one block to High St (Southampton's Main St) and all of the great shops and restaurants. I purchased this 100+ year old house in Southampton in February 2021. From top to bottom the house was renovated and is basically brand new with all new furnishings.
