Welcome to paradise! Located on a private lot, Heron House is your tranquil summer escape. With plenty of natural light, the views are abundant from every room. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the water. Spend the day relaxing by the pool, exploring the private beach, or take a quick drive into town for some fresh seafood! Close to all amenities, yet removed enough to allow for total relaxation, Heron House is the best of both worlds. Pool closed mid Sept - mid June.

Welcome to our non-smoking home in a quiet neighborhood, offering tranquility and convenience. Enjoy air conditioning, and a walk-out basement leading to a backyard with a pool (12 Jun-30 Sep) and deck. Stay active in our home gym. Admire river views and explore nearby walking trails through the salt marsh. Not for parties. No smoking (additional cleaning cost of $200 if smoke smell needs to be removed). Noise level detection is installed so please keep the noise down.
