Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι μεζονέτα, με 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μεγάλη κουζίνα-τραπεζαρία-καθιστικό, 1 τουαλέτα κι 1 WC, 1 βεράντα με θέα τη θάλασσα, τις Μικρές Κυκλάδες και την Αμοργό, μια αυλή με ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ και δυο υπαίθρια ντουζ. Ο χώρος είναι προσφάτως ανακαινισμένος και τα έπιπλα αναπαλαιωμένα με την τεχνική της πατίνας. Φιλοξενεί 5 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων.
