El edificio es de dos plantas (con un apartamento en cada una), más la terraza comunitaria con unas maravillosas vistas a la iglesia del Salvador. El edificio y el apartamento han sido recientemente restaurados respetando los elementos originales. Caratteristica e autentica area nel mezzo di due tra le zone più antiche di Napoli, circondata da mercati, negozi, ristoranti e servizi di ogni tipo e a due passi da trasporti, musei e monumenti. La reale vita quotidiana a Napoli, lontano da stereotipi e scene costruite apposta per turisti che cercano esclusivamente la stessa città in ogni posto. Indubbiamente un posto frenetico (attenzione tu, delicato d'orecchie che cerca pace), ma che vale totalmente la pena di essere vissuto. E amato. Most of the thing you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded with any kind of shop and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stop and taxi area are at few meters from home, train station is a 10 minutes walk and both airport and port are at 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is at a 15 minutes walk belong to National Archeologic Museum, Madre Contemporary Museum and a really a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompei, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name few common destinations. Tutto il centro di Napoli, senza particolari eccezioni, è un luogo molto attivo e frenetico (siamo noti anche per questo :D ), il fermento popolare è parte intrinseca e caratteristica della cultura napoletana, un eterno teatro vivente. Questa realtà rappresenta per quasi tutti i turisti parte della bellezza in cui vogliono tuffarsi visitando Napoli, ma naturalmente ognuno è diverso, ha una sua storia e proprie abitudini. Se provieni da zone molto tranquille e silenziose, sai di essere intollerante al caos, il tuo sonno è tanto leggero che anche il ticchettio di un orologio può rappresentare un problema, ti suggeriamo di optare per zone più residenziali fuori da centro come l'area del Vomero, Fuorigrotta o Posillipo. Ma in questo caso sappi che ti starai perdendo il meglio :)

La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.
