Welcome to The Ridge Ranch LLC, a 10 acre Glampground adjacent to the 2,106 acre Huckleberry Ridge Conservation Area, located 3 miles from where Little Sugar & Big Sugar Creek form Elk River. We have two rustic tiny cabins & four RV sites available for short term and mid term rentals (28 days or less) this winter. We offer tent & hammock camping for your group, including 4 RV sites with 30/50 amp electric, water, a dump station plus access to our 6 person luxury hot tub & use of our stage!

We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Our property is one of a kind! Every photo that you see is in our backyard. If you’re looking for peace and quiet or some killer shredding, this is the place! We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Studio Apartment, hot tub, winter lake views

Kick back and relax in this stylish space built in 2022. Has one queen bed. We added a hot tub! The space has tall ceilings and a kitchenette with a few mini appliances. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Cabin at The Greenes

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.

The Tiny Cottage (Jay City Limits)

The Tiny Cottage is perfect for guests who are traveling with kids or pets and would like to avoid a hotel. The Cottage has almost 400 sq. feet of personal space. It is fully equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, full bathroom, small bedroom, and private yard. The deck has patio seating. Pets need to be well-behaved. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
