Spacious, private 1 bedroom guest house with child safe pool, Wifi smart tv, kitchen, with full size frig. sink, microwave & cook top. Dining room, living room, bathroom with walkin shower. Covered parking, gas grill, wash & dryer access, beach chairs. We prefer no pets but if necessary there is added charge $10/pet per night. Enjoy a taste of farm life, pet & feed goats/sheep, & chickens. All less than 15 mins from beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, sky diving, & shopping.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee. Max two guests.

Visit Playalinda Beach, with miles of protected beaches, just 13 miles from the guesthouse - and 5 miles to the Indian River w public boat ramps. Spacious private guesthouse, 9 foot ceilings, with lots of natural light! Great Location!

Adorable 2 bedroom guest house on secure property

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome.
