When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

Urban Solace-Elements of Nature

A lavish space of artistic appreciation, for open-minded guests. We funded work in support of local/ emerging artists. The theme for our 4 bed 3.5 bath home is based on the elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Each room is an artist's expression of an element. Our goal is for guests to disconnect from stress, connect with an element, and escape into healing energy. Close to the airport and major freeways. Tucked away from the chaos of a big city, but close enough to get into Seattle.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Guesthouse on Luxury Mini-Ranch

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! All new furniture, appliances and an inflated hot tub! Great for traveling nurses, small families or groups. Enjoy a cocktail in the egg chair or sip your morning coffee on the couch of the covered patio. This is a lower unit of a home, so there may be noise from upstairs at times.

There is a detached master in the back that is connected to the home via beautifully landscaped boardwalks. Deer and raccoons regularly spotted on the property. This is a quiet nature inspired location.
