This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Kayaks and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment.

This gorgeous waterfront home is a block from the lake, coffee & a destination restaurant. It's about 2 blocks to a mall and playground. It's 3000 sq. feet, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, a 2-car garage with pool table on one side, and unlimited hot water. We're in a good neighborhood. There is parking for 10 cars & even semi-trucks. Sixteen people fit nicely. We allow 22 (maybe more). We're on Bayshore Dr. Sometimes: free early check-in, late-out. No-hassle door codes!
