Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom for privacy, and the living room / den on the ground floor with a sectional sofa that can be converted into a queen bed or even 2 doubles, and there is a half-bath downstairs as well. Everything is renovated and modern, ready for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay as a home away from home!

I’ll be glad to refund part of utilities if used moderately; while you aren’t there, or all night. Im charging less per night, but some insist on 24/7 usage.
