This space is part of our home, the entire 1st floor of a 3 story home. (We live on upper floors) No smokers. No kids under 8 yrs. The space has: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, outdoor space w/seating, grill, separate entry, food prep area with fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, dishes, silverware (no kitchen sink). Quiet spot 4 miles from Spearfish. 42 acres with scenery, hiking trails & wildlife. Sorry but we will charge extra cleaning fee if you are a smoker.

Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.

Kick back and relax in our cozy cabin. Built in 2021 and decorated with love to make you feel at home in the woods! Includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, loft with two queen-size beds, porch, and fire-pit. Enjoy sitting outside on the porch or share a drink and camp stories around the fire-pit. Books, TV and board games are available for in-home entertainment. You will have access to the entire house all to yourself! Great area to hike, bike, see the fluffy buffalo. Just a two minute drive to downtown Custer. This area has great ATV and kayak, trail ride rentals near by! Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
