Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite. Located half a mile from downtown, this unit has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Hot tub, walk to downtown & Spearfish Canyon!

The most unique home in Spearfish with the best location in town. The outside boasts interesting architecture and the inside has a unique style with all the comforts of home. This lovely home is just around the corner from Spearfish City Park with the creek, pickle ball and basketball courts. The bike path is there too which will take you all the way to Spearfish Canyon. Don’t forget the DC Booth fish hatchery and local breweries and restaurants all close by.

Aces & Eights, 1 mile to Deadwood, Hot tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located 1 mile from Deadwood, South Dakota in the Black Hills. Aces and Eights is a studio style cabin set for that perfect getaway. Grab a cab to town or order a pizza right to your doorstep. This lodge is adjoining with a second similar cabin called Dakota Lodge. Each side has its own deck, hot tub, space. This cabin is set up in perfect historic, rustic Deadwood Style.

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is too much stress in this world! Take a night off and come stay at our peaceful retreat. Turn your phone off and recharge your batteries! This tastefully decorated and designed home is a perfect retreat. The peaceful setting with the overhead trees set back from the road porch, outdoor furniture, and much more. Dog friendly with approval. Pet Fee Applicable. No other pets.

Grammy's Place, home with garage in Spearfish

Relax and enjoy your time in this spacious and serene home. A charming house, that includes a full kitchen, four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and dining room. We have a large backyard featuring a deck and grill. Grammy's place is walking distance (half a mile) from downtown Spearfish. We're a 20 minute drive from Historic Deadwood and Sturgis.
