We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Maple Cottage is ideal for guests that want to experience the Black Hills area as "locals." Whether you're staying just for the night or for several days, you will find everything you need here. Two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom, while the basement bedroom has a private three-quarter bath. A community fitness center located directly across the street features a swimming pool, two basketball courts, racquetball, walking track and weight room.

We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
