There’s a sitting area on the third floor (and bath). The bedroom is at the very top with windows all around and 360°view ! Also your own private deck off the bedroom.

You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

Beautiful meadows, forest, springs, creek and pond. Pet friendly. We love doggy visitors! Hike over the farm, anf large fenced meadows. Enjoy the fire pit. Have a really large group? Add Sunrise Cottage and Meadows, also on the farm. Or Middleside Farmhouse, likewise on the farm.
