The villa, built in the early 1970s, is among the first of the subdivision wanted by Angelo Moratti and therefore enjoys a spectacular view of Asinara. Just 300 meters from the Gabbiano beach and 800 from Pelosa, it is surrounded by junipers and Mediterranean vegetation. The minimalist architecture follows the natural gradient of the land. La nostra casa è inserita in un meraviglioso e tranquillo residence incastonato nella roccia tipica di Capo Falcone. La vista è sullo splendido mare della spiaggia della pelosa. All'interno del residence puoi lasciare l'auto senza problemi e raggiungere a piedi il mare in 5 minuti o la scogliera dietro casa che offre la possibilità sia di fare il bagno in un paesaggio che sembra quasi lunare. Inoltre abbiamo una nuova piscina condominiale aperta da metà giugno a metà settembre!!
