Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Charming fully renovated studio apartment in authentic old dalmatian stone house. Only 50 meters from seaside and 200 meters from Riva - center of Split. While located in center it is hidden from main streets keeping your vacation time in quiet, with no traffic noise. Perfect place if you want to explore city. Sights like Diocletian's Palace, Riva, churches, museums and also restaurants, beaches, shops,ferry and train stations are in 2-10 minutes walk.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
