Then come back inside, curl up by the wood stove and relax. The home is located in the historic Garland district with views of the city. You will be 3 miles from the heart of downtown & within walking distance to antique shops, bars, restaurants & other local businesses. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
