Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

1 bedroom in-law apartment. Bedroom features a newly updated bathroom, king size bed and small futon. The front room has a desk and small kitchenette. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.

A keyless entry code is provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Blocks from shopping and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from downtown.

Cozy Little Home On Spokane’s Beautiful South Hill

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located in the beautiful south hill neighborhood of Spokane. I use a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code will be sent to you 15 minutes before check-in on the day of arrival. Cheers!
