Completely renovated cottage located in the heart of Lancaster County, minutes from Nook Sports and the new Penn State Hospital. NO GATHERINGS OR EVENTS please. Private carriage house on historical farm house property. 3 miles to downtown Lititz, 5 miles from downtown Lancaster. Several restaurants and conveniences within 1 mile. Great neighborhood setting in a safe area. Large open space with a lot of natural light. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed.
