Además, el gran salón ofrece un sofá cama de 160x200 cm y una mesa de comedor ideal para tus reuniones. El baño completo está perfectamente equipado, y el escritorio con lámpara es ideal si necesitas trabajar durante tu estancia. El apartamento está climatizado con aire acondicionado y bomba de calor, y podrás disfrutar de conexiones WIFI y ethernet en todas las habitaciones. Para tu entretenimiento, el acceso a contenido de Netflix está incluido de forma gratuita. VALLS 8, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed, so at check in, we reserve the right of admission. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
