Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. Located at the Richard Johnston Inn: The Loft is a private 2 level suite overlooking the courtyard with a king size bed upstairs; living room, private bathroom and kitchen nook on the main floor. Amenities include: Beautifully appointed air-conditioned room with private bath and jacuzzi tub, complimentary private off street parking, complimentary wifi, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, cable television, courtyard access. Breakfast will be an additional $20.00 per person. Please let us know. Hotel Tax is not included and will be charged upon check-in.

Outdoors enjoy a basketball hoop, fire table and a fire pit perfect for evening s’mores! The boathouse is ready with a tiki bar, floating dock, boat lifts, kayaks and a paddle board.

While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip.
