When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & gigabit WIFI. After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits!

Wilderness Resort- Hot tub Rancher

These cabins include the luxury of an outdoor hot tub & are perfectly placed for you to enjoy the views of Cool Springs Lake. Each Hot Tub Cabin (375 sq ft) is warm & welcoming, accommodating up to 6ppl. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed & 1 Full. The cabin has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, sofabed, cable TV, wifi & heat/air conditioning. Take in the surroundings with a spacious deck, picnic table, chairs & an outdoor grill. Must be 21 or older, with valid credit card, to check-in!

This is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting less noise, more nature, small town vibes, water sports and lake life.

There is a great new sunroom with AC and electric fireplace for four seasons. The fire pit is the perfect gathering place for the cool evenings. 5 miles to Lake Anna State park and even closer to waterfront dining. Level 2 Electric Charging station provided at no extra charge.
