Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. A great spot to get away for two! We renovated the house in 2019 but she still has some original charm and quirks that an older home should :)
