It is a wonderful experience to stay in our beautiful home in the mountains of Northern New Mexico surrounded by vast ranch lands. Viewing wildlife and observing nature is a favorite pastime for our guests and the wildlife is everywhere, from birds in the sky and in the water to many elk, deer and other mammals abound. The log home is modern and refined in its restoration although it is now 100 years old and is unique to our area in its style and comfort. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS.

This little cabin is nestled in the pines with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 4

Cabin 4 is a rustic studio unit with a combination of dark wood and light blue adobe interior walls. It has a fully outfitted kitchen space with microwave, short fridge and a 4 burner gas stove. There is a kiva fireplace, a full size bed, 3/4 bath, table for two and a fold out sleeper loveseat that can sleep 1 or 2 more. It also has a two door entrance with foyer closet in between to keep your outdoor gear and it has gas as well as electric heat.

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
