This beautiful craftsman style house is over 110 years old and still has all the original woodwork making it cozy and inviting. This historic home has the charm of the old house with the new Modern style set up. It is 3 mins drive from downtown Springfield. Within 5 mins drive to the medical district and the historical sites. This basement unit offers a full-sized memory foam mattress with a private bathroom. 55” TV. A dedicated work space, a romantic dining area. It has microwave, coffee machine,toaster and portable stove,front-load Samsung washer & dryer. (Washer & dryer are shared with main floor unit guests!)

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
