This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

Madaline Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch and a breakfast sunroom. 1926 brick bungalow totally remodeled with a fenced-in spacious yard. Close to numerous restaurants, MSU, Mercy Hospital, Battlefield Mall, John Q Hammons, Juanita K Hammons, Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife. Cox South Hospital, Drury University, Downtown Springfield, Cooper Sports Complex are all within 4 miles.
