Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just minutes from the Nutter Center, WSU, Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF Museum, and I-675 to I-70 & I-75. Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. Downtown Dayton and UD are ~15 minutes away. Come relax and recharge for your next adventure!

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
