Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

This private but very accessible cabin is ideally located for enjoying the great outdoors of northern Maine through all 4 seasons. With unspoiled lake views from each bedroom and the living area, a large deck with a partial porch, and all the modern amenities, this enchanting getaway will see to all your needs. With Fort Kent, Madawaksa, Edmundston, and Saint Agatha all within 20 minutes, you will have plenty of well established towns to explore. We call it The Decompression Chamber for a reason

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.Our Lakeside Cabin is 336sq ft of cuteness and comfort with a full kitchen, bathroom ,hot water shower and 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. It is surrounded by nature and 34 sq miles of recreational water on beautiful Portage Lake and the gateway to the Northern Maine Woods. Enjoy kayaking,4 wheeling and snowmobiling.We have direct access to ITS 85&90 and multiple ATV trails.For hunting enthusiasts we are centrally located between hunting zones 2,3 5&6.

We offer everything to make you feel at home. We are also pet friendly. Enjoy your own space with private entrance, 1 bedroom (king bed with heated mattress if reqd) plus extra sleeping space on a queen pull out sofa. *air mattress and/or inflatable toddler bed also available for extra sleeping (by request)* Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full size washer/dryer.
