All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

The Rockery - 1 Bedroom guest suite

The Rockery is a stylish self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with a walk-in shower and essential kitchen amenities eg, small fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

Enjoy a romantic break for two in this super stylish space. Koos Loft is a new build holiday home with a stunning finish and relaxing vibe. A short walk from the local surf beach and the village pubs and restaurants, this is a centrally located yet tucked away gem. Upstairs a stone composite bath sits under the bedroom skylight so you can look at the stars while bathing. The glamorous tiled shower room downstairs is perfect post beach. A parking space and private courtyard complete the space.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

The stunning, blue flag Carbis Bay beach is just a 10min walk down a leafy valley, while the quaint harbour town of St Ives is a 25min stroll along the Coastal path. Trevista Studio is a self-contained annexe to our home with access via its own private entrance. Enjoy panoramic sea views from your sitting room or private terrace.

Godrevy

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Godrevy is a newly renovated coastal retreat attached to a family home with separate entrance with key safe and private parking. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. Separate en-suite bedroom with kings size bed and Emma mattress, bath with shower & heated towel rail. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs.

Pepper Cottage

Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

2-bed dog-friendly loft with countryside views

Tucked away in a secluded spot just off the atlantic highway, this 2-bedroom, dog-friendly, Cornish loft is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. - Watergate Bay 10 mins away by car - Mawgan Porth 10 mins away by car - Newquay airport 6 mins away by car - Padstow 15 mins away by car Enjoy stunning views over the Cornish countryside and our farmstead dating back to the 1200's. This space combines stylish modern living with relaxed rural vibes and gorgeous sunsets.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! The Old Blockyard/hot tub hire/sea views/eco house

Newly built in 2021- a 2/3 bed house with uninterrupted sea views, walking distance from St Agnes village. The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for access to the beach, St Agnes village and coast path walks. St Agnes is close to many cycle trails and is popular for road + mountain biking.
