Open Arms Farmhouse

Our newly remodeled century farmhouse is conveniently located just 1 mile outside Appleton City. You can experience the country but are still close to town. We have bedrooms upstairs so the kids can have their own space. We have basketball and other outdoor sports for kids. Wifi is available. We are close to the ballfield, tennis court and swimming pool. There is plenty of parking space. We also have a small firepit available. Plenty of room to sit and relax outside and enjoy the country.

DIRECTLY across the road you can enter over 2400 acres of Missouri Conservation Land, known as Linscomb Wildlife Area! Also nearby are the Sac and Osage Rivers, that are great for fishing with the latter being known for snagging Spoonbill/Paddlefish. Located between El Dorado Springs and Osceola.

Quiet serene location! Our personal cabin is located just 400 yards from Truman Lake. Short walk to the cove for wildlife viewing or Higgins' Landing boat launch is just across the highway, and has plenty of parking for vehicle/s, boat trailer, and great bank fishing. Clinton and Warsaw are a 30 min drive, and Iconium is a 12 min drive. Don't forget to look around in the lake feeder creeks, lot's of arrowheads in the area. We now have super fast WI-FI!

This cozy cabin is located 1/2 mile from Weaubleau Creek where there is boat launch access that feeds the Osage River & Truman lake. This is the perfect place for any hunting/fishing trip, or to go do nothing that all! The cabin is secluded, completely unplugged from the outside world. A peaceful retreat for any outdoor or front porch coffee lover. A true gem in any season to recharge free of distractions.

Small cabin nestled in the trees just outside of Collins MO. Great place for People going to Lucas Oil Speedway, Stockton Lake, Busted Nutz Off Road Park. Has full bath and kitchenette. There is no tv in the cabin. Our address is 4680 SE 910 Private Rd. Collins MO. 64738. Airbnb will not accept this address in their system for some reason.
