Cute and cozy 1 room cottage with a panoramic view of beautiful Netley Creek. Features a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, under counter fridge and hot plate stove. There’s a BBQ grill on the front deck which steps down to the beach and patio with fire pit overlooking the bay. There’s also a deck with 60’ of dock and a boat launch, Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use. Includes wifi and parking. Seasonal rental available from May 1 through Oct 15

This all season home is perfect for a family vacation, couples trip, golf or fishing adventure! Less than 10 minutes to Netley Golf Course. Launch your boat 2 minutes down the road and dock it at the private dock on the property. 7 day rental req during summer of 2025, Check in Sun 4pm check out Sun 10am.
