Bali in Bouldin is a Tulum-inspired retreat in one of Austin's most walkable neighborhoods, minutes from Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and South Congress. Designed by an interior designer and Airbnb Luxe Superhost, this three-bedroom home blends earth tones, woven textures, and natural materials into a calm indoor-outdoor sanctuary. A private pool with floats for the family, a gas fire pit, Bang & Olufsen sound, and a garage gym with the Lululemon Mirror feel like your own resort.

The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. The Cottage can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if you require additional space. See you soon!

OL 016147 Welcome to the Guava Door —a stylish, fully renovated mid-century modern home. The property features concrete floors, custom cabinetry, comfy furnishings, & natural light. There's an outdoor shaded patio off the dining room & a large private yard with a gorgeous live oak tree & fruit trees. Located in Austin's Travis Heights — one of the most desired & unique areas. South Congress restaurants, shops, & music venues are less than a mile away; Downtown Austin is only 2 miles away.

Studio SoCo, St Edwards, COTA, Austin 78704

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with full shower bath and kitchenette. The two twin beds can be separate or pushed together by request. In the kitchenette there is a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. The 45" Smart Tv has cable and internet access. Just a note before your stay, we recently acquired new neighbors. You may encounter, on any given weekend night, the sounds of college age festivities. Most nights are quite but there can be some unexpected noise from time to time.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
