Only steps to the beach, this basement unit is literally just one block away from public beach access, and will sleep up to 6 people. Off-street parking, private picnic area and large gas BBQ grill. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Check in Saturday after 3PM, check out the following Saturday by 10AM.

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. Recently updated home in the heart of beautiful Old Orchard Beach. In town lot with convenient off street parking, a back yard, and many fun and exciting amenities within walking distance away. The beach is .3 miles away and a short 5 minute walk. This includes clean linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and anything you will need for 1 night or for a family gathering.
