Relax in our adorable, cozy ocean view cottage. Newly renovated, the cottage offers peace and tranquility on a delightful point of land and short walk to the village of Tenants Harbor, a lobstering and summer community steeped in the traditions of fishing and shipbuilding. Convenient to the beauty and attractions of the mid-coast. Camden, Boothbay and Rockland are a short drive. Watch eagles, seals, and an abundance of wildlife, as lobster and sailboats ply the waters to the harbor entrance.

Separated from lawn by broad rock ledge. Perfect spot for sunbathing or having a campfire in the evening. Enjoy your morning coffee watching lobster and sailboats in the Mussel Ridge Channel. Unbelievable and peaceful views out to ocean and north to the Camden Hills. Unparalleled views everywhere.

Harrington Cove Cottage

A lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet and private setting. A deck overlooks the cove and is great for viewing the abundant and varied bird life, that includes bald eagles, osprey, loons, cormorants and various species of ducks. At times you may also see harbor seals pursuing schools of fish in the cove. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and also has cooling and a whole house standby generator. NOTE: We allow dogs but not cats at the property. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY!

Dockside Retreat - few summer openings remain

This beautiful, newly renovated home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open living and dining room waiting to give your family or group of friends the ideal Maine vacation experience! On site parking, a lovely yard, a new sauna on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, nearby fields and steps away from the famous Olson House on one side, you can sit on the deck and overlook the working lobster wharf with fishermen coming and going daily on the other side!

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Cozy Coastal Cabin

This rustic cottage is a perfect spot to enjoy all that Maine’s mid-coast has to offer. A three bedroom, 1 bathroom space with all you need to enjoy home cooked meals or a home base for you to eat out at local establishments. A right of way leads you to a beautiful, quiet rocky shore. Grab your coffee and watch the sunrise over the water. Nearby Port Clyde, Drift Inn Beach, Rockland and Camden.

Saint George Peninsula Retreat

The apartment is located down a Scenic Peninsula in Mid Coast Maine. It is situated above a two car garage that is newly constructed with all new furnishings and appliances. Guests are able to park in a paved area perpendicular to the driveway. Only able to park one car on the premises. Additional cars can park across the street.

"Between the Woods and the Water" is located a short drive from the Monhegan Island, Ferry, on the St. George Peninsula. It is a couple of miles from the town beach and the Marshall Point Light House, as well as the towns of Port Clyde and Tenants Harbor.
