A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Easy access to little bayside beaches and the walking/cycling foreshore track are only metres from the house or alternatively wander into the CBD for dining , groceries and shopping . Fantastic outdoor fish cleaning/bbq area with hot and cold water. Bike washing stand, Lock up storage for bikes, boards and rods.+Netflix etc

Welcome to Saltwater Sunrise — a rare collection of just five luxurious oceanfront villas, each designed for complete privacy, panoramic sea views, and deep relaxation. Just 50 metres from the ocean, every villa offers front-row sunrise views and the soothing sound of waves. Your stay will be in one of these beautiful villas — each almost identical in layout, finish, and breathtaking outlook. Your villa number is allocated by management 2 days before arrival and sent via SMS or email.

Colchis Creek Townhouse

Colchis Creek Townhouse is an easy walk to the centre of St Helens, mountain bike trails, fishing spots, shops, cafés. Guests have access to the main areas of the townhouse including the kitchen, lounge, laundry, bathrooms and BBQ area. Bedroom access is based on guest numbers. Two guests, one bedroom will be available unless two are requested. Additional bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of guests booked, please let us know your preferred bedding arrangement when booking.
