This newly refurbished apartment (July 2021) has undoubtedly the best views of St. Ives harbour and the surrounding area. This modern apartment has everything needed for the ultimate St. Ives experience..... -Uninterrupted views of the harbour, bay and beaches. -Ideally located, just a few steps from restaurants, shops and bars. -Free reserved parking space -Super-fast WIFI -Smart TVs with Netflix subscription -Fully equipped kitchen area including Neff oven, induction stove and dishwasher -Nespresso coffee machine -Wetroom with double smart shower, wall hung WC and smart Bluetooth mirror -Linen and towels -Underfloor heating (for a comfy winter stay) -Outdoor patio area with seating. This apartment has 2 bedrooms - The main bedroom has a king-size bed with double Juliette balconies overlooking the harbour. The second bedroom can be set up as a King-size or as a twin. There is also a foldable bed (with linen) for under 12’s or travel cot (no linen) available. Self-check-in from 4pm (Key safe code provided). Mobile numbers for the host, housekeeper and emergency maintenance will be provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Located just a few steps from the harbour, beach (includes boat rides, fishing and watersports), restaurants, bars and shops. And only a few minutes from the Tate gallery and surf beach. Full directions including google maps link will be given. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from St. Ives train and bus stations. Parking can be hard to find in St. Ives, but relax we offer a free reserved space, only 5 minutes from the apartment. Fancy a walk?
