Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

We have AC's in each bedroom, a generator (for the islands regular power outages), and the use of our 2018 AWD Honda Pilot that seats 7. Our home is located 7 minutes from Cruz Bay, past the Westin. Besides the amazing views, our guests love our unique showers that allow you to shower while overlooking the beautiful bay below. We offer access to a private beach below at Klein Bay.

There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.
