We are centrally located off A1A Beach Boulevard in Anastasia Island and within 1 mile to many restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine.

This home features two main en-suites, a chef's kitchen, and an office area. Beach access is steps away with a boardwalk less than one block from the home. Our home is located in a quiet residential area. As such, to help maintain a peaceful environment and comply with our insurance policy, the primary booking guest must be 25+.

A "secret" path to the beach just steps away and a comfortable, stylish apartment to relax in. It doesn't get any better than this! Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen.
