A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

Lower Level with Kitchenette and Private Bath

Well suited for visitors to Goshen the basement guest suite will provide space and comfort while in town. The main entrance is a SHARED ENTRANCE to our family home, with steps to the basement near the front entrance. The lower level is a designated space for guests. The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Kuerig Duo and hot water pot. A large island allows space for eating and working. The living space is furnished with a sofa, love seat and television.

Lofty Spaces, entire upper level, 5 mi from town

Stay in our redecorated entire upstairs level with pass-coded private entry to come and go as you please. Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a double in the second bedroom. (2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

This modern and fully renovated mother-in-law suite is situated in Granger, Indiana. This cozy apartment is 15 minutes away from the University of Notre Dame and just 5 minutes away from the Michigan/ Indiana border. Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and complete laundry room. The living room has 1 queen bed, a pull out minimalistic sectional for extra guests, as well as a 75" SMART TV. One vehicle can park here with its own designated parking spot.
